Appointment Policies:

All appointments are booked via GlossGenius.

Appointment reminders are sent for your convenience.

Please give 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. 

Same day cancellations and no-shows will incur a 50% charge of the service total.

Arriving late to an appointment may result in partial completion of service.

Good hygiene and respectful behavior are requested and appreciated each appointment.
